As a guide, anything that can be handled as a focused task is usually included — content changes, minor layout or display issues, plugin or theme bugs, checkout or payment problems, simple configuration changes. Larger work like new page designs, complex customisation or rebuilds is done using development time blocks.

No. Your membership covers proactive updates and fixes alongside everyday changes — content edits, product updates, tweaks and troubleshooting. We’re here for the day-to-day, not just emergencies.

If your site runs WooCommerce, the $299 WooCommerce membership covers everything — WordPress support plus store-specific work like checkout, payment, shipping, tax, product and catalogue management. If you don’t have a store, the $199 WordPress membership covers everything you need.
