What counts as a "small" fix?
As a guide, anything that can be handled as a focused task is usually included — content changes, minor layout or display issues, plugin or theme bugs, checkout or payment problems, simple configuration changes. Larger work like new page designs, complex customisation or rebuilds is done using development time blocks.
Do you only help when something is broken?
No. Your membership covers proactive updates and fixes alongside everyday changes — content edits, product updates, tweaks and troubleshooting. We’re here for the day-to-day, not just emergencies.
What's the difference between WordPress and WooCommerce memberships?
If your site runs WooCommerce, the $299 WooCommerce membership covers everything — WordPress support plus store-specific work like checkout, payment, shipping, tax, product and catalogue management. If you don’t have a store, the $199 WordPress membership covers everything you need.
How quickly do you respond?
Most requests are responded to within 24 hours on business days. If something is affecting your live site, orders, or checkout, we treat it as a priority.
Is this a long-term contract?
No. It’s a month-to-month membership. No lock-ins. We keep members by doing good work, not by hiding behind a contract.
Do you support multiple sites?
Yes. We can manage more than one site — each one needs its own membership. WordPress and WooCommerce sites only.
